Jr. Account Manager

 

W4 is looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our robust sales team. Our well established and continuously growing client base provides opportunities for valuable industry experience and personal growth. We are scaling to new heights and are on the search for an energetic, creative individual to become a part of our team.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contact clients for campaign level optimization and tracking issues/requests
  • Contact clients for month’s end stats and A/R issues
  • Contact clients for additional campaign opportunities
  • Interface with finance, clients and production team in facilitation of client/campaign paperwork
  • Interface with Affiliate Managers in order generate traffic on managed campaigns
  • Find and execute instant revenue opportunities on managed accounts
  • Facilitate operational procedures with respect to campaign management including:
  • Submitting creative requests and handle campaign approval requests
  • Submitting and communicating internal traffic requests and results
  • Interfacing with sales coordinator for campaign setup, among other duties
  • Any additional work associated with the management of assigned accounts
  • Build strong client relationships on existing book of business through regular communication

  • Up-sell/Cross-sell on suggested company services based on team feedback

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in digital marketing account management

What you’ll be doing:

  • Onboarding advertisers looking to buy new customer acquisitions from the W4 Network
  • Developing pipeline through competitive analysis, publisher requests, and recon of the ecommerce landscape
  • Maintaining constant, smart communication with current and prospective advertising clients and managing ad campaigns for success
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating ad campaign performance through all of our online distribution channels
  • Working with our internal and client’s creative department to thoughtfully improve and optimize campaigns for ad publishing partners

Senior AdOps Specialist – Digital

 

Our team is the backbone for an ever-expanding digital marketing company. We are looking for a sharp, self-motivated, naturally tech-oriented individual with a strong interest in and understanding of the online advertising space. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity with much room for growth. You will play an integral role in campaign management, optimization, ad trafficking, and reporting.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing workflow processes between the Sales teams and AdOps
  • QA campaigns and creatives to ensure they meet requirements
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance for optimization, pacing, and discrepancies
  • Troubleshooting pixels, tracking, and other technical issues
  • Managing internal categorization data for campaigns, advertisers, and publishers for programmatic analysis
  • Managing seasonal advertising calendar and working with the Sales teams and Creative to meet seasonal deadlines
  • Assisting in building campaigns as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in adops or technical account management
  • Experience with CPA, CPC, and Lead Gen campaigns
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills – VLOOKUP, IF, data cleaning & manipulation, pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting
  • Good understanding of web technologies (pixels, HTML, javascript)

QA Analyst – Digital

 

We are looking for a talented QA Analyst to join us in our sunny West LA office. Our technology is the backbone for an ever-growing digital marketing company. We are scaling to new heights and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative problem solver to join our small agile team. You will be working closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop and execute test plans that help us deliver quality software to our internal team and our clients. You will test code using manual and automated tools as well as take an active role in feature planning and development. We’re a stable yet growing company with a ‘pave your own path’ mentality. We want someone who is looking to join an organization where you can OWN the QA process and make an immediate and lasting impact.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting all types of testing including functional, regression, load, scalability, browser, and performance
  • Implementing and managing the QA process across all our platforms
  • Validating new feature specs, working with developers / product to define testing goals
  • Creating and/or updating test plans as new features and products are launched
  • Assisting the support team by analyzing user bug reports, applying appropriate testing procedures on reproducing the issue, and advocating for the fix
  • Continually monitor features in production for user engagement and quality
  • Use tracking and debugging tools to file, monitor, and resolve issues.
  • Communicating clearly and frequently with all team members, stakeholders, and project/product owners impacted by test and troubleshooting results
  • Working with Product and Engineering to identify areas of risk, and assess current test coverage
  • Conducting exploratory testing with the aim of discovering unanticipated bugs and/or edge cases
  • Writing and managing documentation

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the Technology industry
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Software QA, web, and mobile (native applications)
  • Experience designing and executing test cases, employing both manual and automated/scripted approaches
  • Considerable working knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
  • Some familiarity with DB schemas and SQL
  • Familiarity with multiple diagnostic tools

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and deploy systems and services on AWS and other remote servers.
  • Design and deploy the infrastructure and services for new applications.
  • Lead initiatives for upgrading and scaling our systems to improve security, availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Build, install, tune, and troubleshoot operating system services for optimum performance levels.
  • Keep up with Amazon maintenance requirements, avoiding unplanned outages.
  • Work closely with development team by rapidly deploying instances, monitoring operating efficiencies of the platform, and responding as needs arise.
  • Recommend and implement alternative solutions as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to integrate an end-to-end design that’s well documented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of Linux administration experience in an AWS environment

You will identify the features that users want/need that are in line with business and revenue goals and facilitate their development. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity with room for growth for an individual who goes above and beyond the expected requirements of the role.
 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning and own the execution of our product roadmap, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines
  • Motivate and organize the engineering team to achieve a higher level of performance by fostering an environment of success and instilling a sense of trust and teamwork
  • Groom, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and timelines
  • Build and manage sprints to ensure the most relevant and impactful items are executed and released
  • Collaborate with team members to refine requirements and use cases to ensure they are ready for development
  • Work with CTO, CEO, and Director of Product to get business requirements and create specifications
  • Be savvy enough to understand business needs but tactical enough to understand and unblock technical dependencies
  • Leverage your technical background to coordinate/facilitate solving technical challenges with the team

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of software development leadership experience
  • 2+ years of previous technical experience as a software developer
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Project / Product Manager
  • Track record of writing clear and concise plans, requirements, status updates, and release notes
  • Complete knowledge of SDLC
  • Knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure
